8. Cancellations and Refunds

FINS Swim School does not provide refunds for lessons or services. If you have any queries or concerns regarding your classes, please consult a member of our Customer Relations team.

9. Make-Up Lessons and Class Absences

For new swimmers, FINS offers a 5-lesson guarantee under specific conditions. Your child will advance to the next level within their first five lessons, or a refund may be provided.

What Parents Receive:

If guarantee conditions are met, parents may qualify for the following:

Full refund of lesson fees
Registration fee refunded if no other swimmers are enrolled
No 30-day cancellation notice required
Refund requests made within the first five lessons

Eligibility Requirements:

This guarantee applies to new swimmers in the Discovery through Gold Galaxy levels who:

Complete the FINS assessment
Attend all five scheduled lessons on time
Participate actively during lessons
Use the required swim attire or equipment
Follow the standard curriculum

Limitations:

The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

Missed lessons, late arrivals, or early departures
Enrollment outside Discovery through Gold Galaxy levels
Requests for customized instruction outside the standard curriculum

10. Class Changes, Cancellations by School, and Schedule Changes

FINS Swim School reserves the right to adjust class times, instructors, or schedules due to operational needs, weather conditions, or facility-related issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify families of any changes and provide alternative options when available.

11. Termination or Suspension of Access

FINS Swim School reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in behavior that may harm the business, its users, or its operations.
